City Explorations: Doha, Qatar

Elizabeth and Iโ€™s journey home from Budapest began with a quick 36-hour pit stop in Doha, Qatar. We landed in Doha on Friday evening and were scheduled to fly home in Qatar Airwaysโ€™ new Qsuites bright and early Sunday morning. That left us with one full day to get out and explore Doha.

City Explorations: Budapest, Hungary

Elizabeth and I woke up to clear blue skies and sunshine on our first morning in Budapest. We decided the best way to see the city on such a beautiful day was to grab a map and just start walking. We left the Hilton Budapest City and headed straight for the Danube River.

City Explorations: Toronto, Canada

Adam and I's first full day in Toronto was centered around going to the Bluejays vs. Nationals baseball game. The game wasn't scheduled to start until 3:00 pm so we had time to visit the top of the CN Tower and do some exploring prior to first pitch. The tickets to the CN Tower were relatively cheap and the views of the sprawling Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario were really cool.

Elizabeth and I had a great time exploring Beijing. We managed to see all of the major sights in just a few days without feeling completely rushed. I know a lot of people have no desire to visit China, but there's so much ancient history and culture there I think you have to go at least once.

Elizabeth and I had a great time in the UAE. I know I was a little underwhelmed by my first impression, but the UAE has grown on me. 10 Hours in London

After our flight from Minneapolis landed in London, Elizabeth and I had just over 10 hours until our next flight left for Dubai. I know 10 hours isn't NEARLY enough time to explore a city like London, but I wanted to make sure Elizabeth at least got to see it before we left.
